I miss how carefree it used to feel to post art- I try to make things for me still, but even then the lack of engagement can sting sometimes. I feel like part of that is not being a kid anymore, but who knows. This algorithm nonsense stinks.

I’m a small animal/creature artist. From last year onward, I just haven’t been able keep up with the rest of you on art-sharing, engagement, activity. Plenty of folks probably won’t even see this.

Soon enough, I’ll dip back below 1k for it. 🥲

Feels like I've either lost engagement or have an upwards struggle maintaining it on almost every social media I've been on lately, it would be amazing to see Twitter make a positive change for content creators.

It's really hard to get engagements if you don't post at least once a week. Especially on an account's growing phase. Thank you for doing this.

A lot of artists (myself included) need this type of engagement/love on our posts. It helps motivate us to keep going. When we don't get that sort of stuff, it affects us negatively and we feel like we aren't good enough. but yknow what, we ARE good enough

I've been posting art online for years, and Twitter has consistently been the platform I get the least amount of engagements on. I'd *definitely* appreciate a bit more visibility on here for small accounts

I moved accounts a couple months ago and I've really struggled to get engagement on my art and find other cool artists, it seems to be nearly impossible to grow if you're a small account on here

Engagement has been pretty bad lately compared to before, and I barely even see anyone else's art posts unless they freshly retweet it. Artists are a big part of social media; stop treating us like crap.

There’s a lot of people I follow I just don’t see on my feed anymore… I have to manually check their profiles to see what they’ve posted. and my own engagement and reach has drastically changed :/
