Lore: although she has not appeared much and her past has not been revealed, Hisui was Mai's mother. Hisui was already a fey so Mai was already half fey at birth. Mai's father's name was Quincy and his whole story has not appeared yet either.

@VincentBecherer @DerrickMalikJo It's REALLY something I struggle with being a concept artist for so long. I love ~AMV style vibe shots~ but that's not the point of a board. It's to tell a story with shots that connect narratively.

So my weakness is narrative so I study wtf a shot says narratively a lot.

so back then I had 0 idea of the story at all. I just thought - "Wow these are neat little guys" and I built/played with a lot of SD gundams. I was so obsessed lmfao
