Oh. This is just cool. I don't even remember what inspired this one. It's VERY old though cus I can tell I drew it with pencil on paper & scanned it to color digitally. Them thick thick thick lines were me trying to make my pencils look like the cool inked lines from my mangas 🤓

My brain still doesn't understand that I can use all the colors I want digitally. They're not something I have to buy more of, and Rich colors aren't "expensive"

In an attempt to crawl out of a creative slump, I drew myself in Nomura’s style and colored digitally. And purposely chose the pose to then turn it into a character icon.

if you know how to do make-up you can probably color a face digitally. I just have to blend these colors and we'll have a well defined face.

I took one of each and began to work them up into rough colour sketches digitally. You can see here that as I worked I felt the image on the right was the best candidate, as I kept coming back to work on it more than the others.
