The Advance Wars remake announcement reminded me of the DS version of Theme Park, developed by EA Japan, where they had advisors designed by the Advance Wars character artist.

For me, I'd have to go with Commander Wolffe. Along with his unique visor, I love the color scheme and paint job of his armor. Plus the cybernetic eye he has underneath his helmet is really neat too.
