Food Art Series: Pork Siomai (Filipino-Chinese)

“Sho-my” are Chinese pork dumplings. Consisting simply of chopped pork, spices & steamed in a dumpling wrapper—no shrimp, no mushrooms, no vegetables. Dipped in limonsito -vinegar-soy sauce or in chili-garlic oil.
