According to Mr. Nishitani, the move, called Fire Kick, was "useless" and "too uncool", so it was replaced last minute by the Tatsumaki Senpukyaku by stitching together already existing sprites.

@SociableBarely The reason they feel so threatened by Doge is that their crippled, congested, useless Coin is barely any better. Their only selling point is 'HODL to make money'. Now some other multi level marketing scheme has come along with better boiler rooms and memes.
