Flat colours (separates by layers)

Sometimes I’ll skip steps, and painting environments is a totally different process, but that’s usually how I work for character pieces. 😊

With those basic steps, you can play around with overlaying the glow onto your line layer, to create a bleed effect, or brighten the layer with the Levels function, so the original shape stands out more, and much more. Simple works better, use to enhance, not dominate!
