Unused models from Ritual of the Mahjarrat include a weird fusion between Lucien and General Khazard, a ghostly version of a rejuvenated General Khazard (with correct color facial markings on the chathead!) and an unhooded rejuvenated chathead for Mahjarrat not named Wahisietel.

Unconfirmed, but it's likely that the new design being skimpier is what led to it being unused in 2014's anime. Between laws and age ratings, it's common adaptations to be censored like this.
