tried to do the skirt as well, it looks fine in procreate but when i export it it all of the sudden also changed the color of the bow and stuff

Basically you color a frame with base colors, then draw the shade areas in a separate layer, choose an out of place color for them, blueish color in pic related for example. Export it separate from the base color layer.
Import into both in AE or similar.
