Didn't get to clean as much as I like today, so that will be done along with very minimum highlighting. But my coworker is returning next week, so I'll have more time to actually work on things.

Here's a new illustration(s) inspired by the novel I'm currently writing. I'm working on storytelling through composition and lighting. Do you think I achieved a mood here? If so, please let me know!

Working on on that Sword Doggo animation I teased a while back. Base color is mostly done, next I'll move on to effects, background and lighting. Also, the gold stripes on the flowing hair is rather cumbersome to animate smoothly, I just wanted to add.

La Lumière de Sainte-Chapelle is a self portrait and it was an attempt at trying a less realistic style. It's based on a photo my friend Antonia took while we were visiting the site. I was in complete awe and crazy in love with the colorful lighting.
Here's a WIP too.

it blends the specular+diffuse result using via screen, then blends that result with the original texture/colour via multiply. produces a very viable ambient colour lighting.

Here's the final result using diffuse lighting, ambient cubemap lighting, and specular !!

My submission for Draw with Jazza's with the theme of isolation conveyed through lighting.

I made this way back in May but I only posted it on Newgrounds.

Threw myself off a cliff with this cause I never really draw dudes, metal, muscle, back lighting... effectively everything 😂😂
