Kahino avoids direct eye contact anytime he can. Also I only use capital letters in his dialogue when he says someone or something's name. His text is smaller than other TMoN characters'. This is to show that he talks quietly and is a bit harder to understand because of that.

You can see how as we produce new snapshots we're refining both the image and the mental model through dialogue. It's very cool to be party to a self-remix. This is how imagination works, of course, but without an external partner, we can be guilty of walking the same paths.
