Fun thing about this one was not only using the brush and pen pressure to just zone out and have fun, BUTTTTT was able to wrangle the Gradient Map settings to work as an underpainting.

It's amazing how much it speeds up a workflow for getting cohesive colors!

nesse eu botei um gradiente no modo Color em cima, c um clipping group, e dps c outra camada no multiply, eu peguei um vermelho pra ir acertando alguns tons em outra partes mais especificas pr nao ficar tão "flat", e dps vou apagando as bordas p suavizar

My friend Waffles also taught me about Gradient Maps! You can color things as you normally do, then right-click the layer, select NEW CORRECTION LAYER, then GRADIENT MAP. A window will pop up that lets you add an adjustable and removable gradient. Great for adding mood lighting!
