well was trying to use a snapchat filter for an idea for a yume form but uh... doesn't seem like it screams Yume
-add filters, usually overlays or multiplys of the piece's colour
-shade eyes
-fuck around with the background (lines, shapes, glitch effects etc)
-merge all layers
-add chromatic aberration (opacity 10-20%)
