I get so many enquiries about this series of work, I thought I would share with you pieces that are currently available. First off are the 50s. All of these pieces are original acrylic paintings with #phototransfer and #metalleaf on stretched #canvas and measure 50cm x 50cm.

Heavily inspired by the old noir detective films from the 40s/50s. I love the stark contrast they were forced to use between tones because of the lack of colour.

@LittleGreenWolf Fun fact: while doing research for Shojo Manga's Lost Generation, I discovered that legendary shojo/josei mangaka Masako Watanabe did one of those. She's literally been working since the 50s.
