@Richmond_Lee Jim Lee's Storm (left) compared to Bengus. The differences help to highlight some of the hallmarks of Bengus's style. Keep in mind that Bengus is designing a character meant to be played in a fighting game, so he intentionally exaggerates & places emphasis on certain features.
@TimesSqKungFu In my mind, the Bengus art is the PLATONIC IDEAL of each Marvel character! Even more so than official Marvel comics art! With the help of Katsuya Akitomo (who personally translated countless Marvel comics for the team) he distilled each character down to their perfect essence!
