@miniwargaming I'd have to look at the STL file but I can see a few issues with the cloth. I suggest a program called marvelous designer. It's a cloth based physics program. You also have a lot of Detail packed into small areas. That will be an issue on the final prints for some printers

Is that close enough? I'm also planning a RPG where you play as a character inspired by Gunter from Galaxy Fight. :)
