Just learnt a bit more about the alternative covers. The B Covers are called "Legacy of Evil" and the C Covers by Tom Whalen are "Garmadon Evolutions"
I love the idea of having this theming to the alt covers, probably makes it much cooler as a collector item
And we continue the tradition of 3 different covers. Both of these depict the Mega-Weapon...it is a pretty big event from his past...curious.
Tom Whalen's lineless covers are looking great, he seems to be depicting Garmadon in different key forms (Emperor, Master and Lord)

Okay I declare that it's time for illustrated romance covers to return to the real stuff. Stuff with movement and composition and actual tone.
And frankly this advice is for half of the current slew of illustrated covers. Movement! Tone! Composition! Design! Where are you???

It'd would be so cool if we had Jojo esque color swaps in CSM anime for the impactfull scenes. All bright and colorfull like Fujimoto's covers. It would work really well with the normal muted look of the show. I get why they don't do this though, it goes against he film asthetic.
