@NikHavert @WBHomeEnt I feel like #YogiBear & the gang gets the bad end of the stick in trifecta that is Mickey, Bugs & Yogi. (Disney, Warner Bros. Hanna-Barbera)
Happy Thanksgiving!!!, I’m thankful for this account and all my followers. Tbh I never knew lot of people actually like Hanna-Barbera. I thought people just like it for Scooby-Doo. And now I know and I’m grateful for having wonderful followers like y’all!
Design sketches for Hanna-Barbera’s Yogi Bear.
The character debuted in 1958 in the Huckleberry Hound Show, but I mainly remember him from reruns of Yogi’s Space Race—every morning before school, every day of the week. It seemed to go on forever.
Tbh, I think “JabberJaw” is the first transgender character from
Hanna-Barbera and I fucking support that I’m proud of you.

Here's my Velma piece. My internet seems to be down right now, so I took a photo of my IPad screen on my phone. Sorry if it's a little grainy. Anyway, here she is showing off her biggest "mystery."

Also going to continue with last year's special tweet series—#31DaysOfScoobyDoo! For day #1, the October page from Hanna-Barbera's 1980 calendar featuring Scrappy Doo and his not-so-brave Uncle Scooby! Why can't we get cool calendars like this anymore? #ScoobyDoo 🎃👻🎃
Hanna-Barbera backgrounds. Pretty much all of them are from Yogi Bear (Jellystone Park), with one or two from Huckleberry Hound. I’m not knowledgeable enough to tell exactly who did what, but I’m pretty sure that Art Lozzi and Fernando Montealegre did most of these.
#FridayFlashback I remember. The Addams Family Character Model Cel (Hanna-Barbera, 1992).
@mexopolis I'd say 'Wait Till Your Father Gets Home'. The art style is something you'd see in MAD and Playboy in the 1970s. It's more interesting that Hanna-Barbera hired Playboy cartoonist Marty Murphy to design the characters; as they don't want to use the typical H-B style.
