Mercenaries: Playground of Destruction (Pandemic Studios/LucasArts) was released 17 years ago today.
Stylistically, a big inspiration for #RosewaterGame's characters sprites is mid-90s LucasArts, "realistic cartoon" as seen in Full Throttle and the cancelled Indiana Jones and the Iron Phoenix.
I'm using realistic proportions but keeping the high contrast shading. Works for me!
Star Wars: Galactic Battlegrounds (Lucasarts, 2001)
The art department: Gregory A. Knight, @en_b , Ti-Ning Kwa & Ashot Melkumov
not planning on making mods or anything but i just thought it'd be fun to try to make something in a different artstyle
so uhhh here's boyfriend in the cartoonish style of classic lucasarts adventure games such as day of the tentacle and sam & max hit the road
this Laverne was just sitting around unfinished so i colored her #DayOfTheTentacle #ManiacMansion #LucasArts
Happy Holidays!

This account will go to the north pole for a few days. Take care, and have fun!
Star Wars: The Old Republic (Bioware/EA/LucasArts) started 10 years ago today.
One whole decade for this MMO.
The last vestige of Legends, and the ultimate LucasArts project still in progress, is alive and updated. A real success. Congrats to everyone who contributed.
@CrazyCollector1 Around this era Lucasfilm/Lucasarts were really hitting their stride with point-and-click adventures. 👍
