With the inclusion of K9999 (AKA Krohnen) in the roster of KOF XV that means we are going to have both NESTS Team and Orochi Team in the same game like in vanilla KOF 2002

I like to compare both teams.

I think the manhua adaptation did a much better work about the final battle in KOF 2001

Long story short.
K' Team and NESTS Team (expect Foxy because she died earlier) joined forces to defeat Igniz.
Kyo and Iori were busy in a subplot.

KOF 2001 is overhated.
Like MVC2, the game is broken but fun 👍
I enjoyed it more than KOF 2000.

The stryker system in 2001 is the best in the series.
The soundtrack is very catchy (one of my favorites)
It has one of the best rosters.
A satisfactory conclusion of the NESTS saga.
