well, it's less "plagiarism" and more that... green monster girl with boobs and brown clothing isn't really the most original design choice. It's more likely people are just making characters under this trope rather than blatantly making the decision to copy Inkplasm

Don't get me wrong, i dont condone plagiarism in anyway shape or form. But when your character looks like a cookie cutter furry character, youre bound to have look alikes, intentionally and coincidentally.

When in doubt, cite your sources!

"It can't be used for commercial purposes. Don't spoil the logo." It seems fine if you follow the two rules. The image generated by waifulabs may resemble an existing image. Commercial use carries the risk of plagiarism unknowingly.
