Possibly the music was reused from a dungeon that was scrapped early on?

Penpe is the name of the Dungeon BGM in the first Suikoden.

Ain Cuchullain takes some inspiration from two other generals, Ain Gide from Suikoden 1 and Ahn Hyeon from Kingdom. If you know either story you can imagine for a rough time, before and during the game.
