Stylized Eyes - Step by Step d( •̀◞ •́ )✧

1. Draw eyes
2. Fill BG, colour lines
3. Colour skin & sclera (whites of eyes)
4. Add saturated colour below iris
5. Highlights. Dark Med, Brighter Lg, & 2 Sm
6. Shadow over Iris
7. Render with smudge, blur & soft brushes.

iPad is dead but I'll try 2 explain!! I use a flat brush for most of the colouring so it's lots of layering colours on top of eachother and if needed I set the smudge tool to flat brush or custom brushes I downloaded just 4 skin. 4 reference I used to look at Sui ishida art :]

I had just enough time to complete today’s sunrise when it started to rain. I thought I had my painting covered well but to my disappointment the paint had smudged. Too bad I couldn’t get back the unknown colors I had seen this morning.
