I felt like making a Version of Sonic's Portrait from Sonic R that's in Sonic 2's Sprite style. This was really fun to make and I might eventually do his Super Sonic one too!

Just a neat place to put this fun fact: Yuji Uekawa and Satoshi Okano both collaborated on Sonic's design for SA1, and for the final art Okano did all the drafts and sketches while Uekawa finalized them. Funniest thing is this imo:
