Another Fwoomping Game:

1) Prepare 21 Balloon Shots.
2) Roll a d20 and call either the top or bottom number. Drink shots equaling the number you called.
2.5) Your opponent drinks the rest, which will equal the number on the other side of the d20.
3) Be balloons.
