“Thanks for the ride, lady!” — The Hitchhiker
When most people like myself think of Creepshow 2, this is probably the first quote that comes to our mind. It is nice, simple and straight to the point.

Day 27 A deceased author I'd like to meet. Douglas Adams definitely. I love the way his mind works. Hitchhiker's Guide To The Galaxy was a huge part of my formative years.

Finished So Long, and Thanks for all the Fish from the Hitchhiker's series the other day. I wanted to draw the gals of the series and how I pictured them as I listened along. Enjoy Trillian and Fenchurch and remember... *don't panic*.

From my sketchbook journal:
Quote from Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy by Douglas Adams.

It's the 42nd anniversary of the very first BBC radio broadcast of Douglas Adams’s space-comedy which went from cult phenomenon to one of the most enduringly popular shows, and book series, of all time

I feel like not enough people are making a big deal of Hitchhikers Guide being 42 today. I've loved it since I was a child and I always will, weirdly I've done next to no fan art for it so here's my abandoned attempt from 2011 to capture the original wildly narcisstic president!
