Alex can't even be assed to draw faces for his series, he just turns the contrast up and uses the liquify tool to distort them. it's at best ineffective and at worst fucking comical
@clipstudiopaint's new Liquify tool really saved my life here on this piece 🙏🙏💙
@Galena_Bismon Daw! This looks amazing! ✨✨✨ love the rendering, the style really shows across from the reference.
I think it might be the lips and cheeks that are a tiny bit off? a simple little liquify bumps it into place. hope this helps! Other than that, its *chefs kiss* stunnin 💕
@NewToReality This is usually along the lines of what I do! The flats are put underneath the lineart, and at some point I switch to painting over the lineart and using layer modes for basic lighting✨
At the end there's a lot of using liquify, color balance and levels to get it where I want👌
Practicing with @clipstudiopaint again thank you for the liquify tool 😔🙏
Clip studio paint - adds liquify tool which can improve art
me- ehehehehee look silly
Today I learned how NOT to use the liquify tool. Still a complete noob to digital art, so don't think I'll be using this any time soon, hahaa
so some time ago I did this pic of some Buddyfight bros but I felt it needed more work, so I've been playing around with the new liquify tool in csp to try to fix a few details (expand mode is really fun!)
Also shading yay!
