Should you read Fate/Hollow Ataraxia if you enjoyed the original Fate/Stay Night?
Yes, you should.
Some of the best scenes Nasu has ever written are contained within this.
The emphasis on side characters also gives this a unique identity separate from Fate/HA.
It's a must-play!

As a spiritual successor to Kagetsu Tohya, Fate/Hollow Ataraxia is fantastic.
It truly feels like it lives up to the experimentation that Nasu tried to achieve with KT.
It's a fully-realized vision, even if it does have some glaring issues due to its excess.

Nasu's writing is literally just my perfect taste I think. I had always loved Gilgamesh in Fate as the arrogant yet powerful Demi-God, but seeing him in his matured state was beautiful. Definitely earned that title "King of Heroes".
