I use ibis Paint.

This is done by applying a filter called [Relief] to the original picture.
After manipulating and colorizing the highlights, ambient light, and light sources, the entire image was corrected by hand.

thought i would throw on some camo

of couse, it will be a pain in the ass to paint. and i got more minor details i might wanna put on. so those would clutter with the camo.

Did a scrawl around on the crappy watercolour paper and tried painting in the shapes with the cheap watercolour paint. Still not got a good grasp on how much water to add with the pigment. Trying to remove excess water from the shapes with a tissue sometimes made it worse.
