The zip up shrug allows her cowl to be easily detachable. It’s more functional too, you can’t move your arms in tight leather. The shrug makes it more flexible as she needs that for her line of work. It’s also more stylized, Joëlle is very into fashion and follows trends

I'm happy with the direction my shading has gone, it was an answer to my brain fog that prevented me from shading proper so I went stylized, then stylized it more & more. I've got plenty of room to grow but I think the stylized shading is here to stay
