In my campaign setting, hobgoblins look like Tiefling/Orcs! A much smaller array of horns(no antlers), little tiny NOT-prehensile tails, smushy noses like classic dnd hobgoblins, and TUSKS. They can still be whatever color you want tho because that’s fun.
