Devil May Cry's working title was 'Karnival'. This was eventually changed later in development but as a throw back to the games original name, the bi-plane you find in Mallet Island was named Karnival. This name was also mentioned in Viewtiful Joe where Dante makes an appearance.

I keep forgetting I had Viewtiful Joe Red Hot Rumble on GC. I always assume I'm not familiar with the series and haven't played any of them.
Though I get the impression Red Hot Rumble doesn't really represent the the series very well as its gameplay is kinda like Smash Bros.

Welp, here it goes for now. I was really tempted to make their eyes glow, but they stopped looking like Viewtiful Joe characters and more like something else... I'll clean this up EVEN more later and then it'll be phase 1 of 3 done. :y
