For later members, Offspring gained his traditional costume, though all black and white, removing the red in the mask (which I admit is weird, as red is still a team color.) He then got a Stagg-designed look, based on Doc Shaner’s concept art, but with white goggles.
After a few hours with Kim, I can say that it's a completely new character. Every single strong thing he had in XIV was removed. But they gave him a lot of new tools to play with.
