More Stargirl! 🌻
Part of my process is doing gestures to try to get more specific about the character’s personality. During this stage, I don’t stay on model—trying to stay on model holds me back from finding out more about who the character is.

And please, if you do even mildly enjoy this comic, please "like" and "share" it. What may seem like a small gesture from yourself, is actually very big for us comic creators. And whilst these likes don't boost our bank balances, they do help boost our tiny, fragile confidences.

Color study٩(｡・ω・｡)و

The torso feels a bit chaotic and the left leg is a bit too flat...

i like that they invited grim to their christmas party like yeah you can tell he's gonna be the guy who breathes fire and keeps everyone warm but it's still a nice gesture even after they beat the crap out of him

For "splat" I thought I'd do something with slime. Never drawn anything like this before, so the gesture isn't all that great. Still, not awful for a first attempt.

The simplification of clothed part is so tricky
Let alone stylise it...

I've been struggling with CST....had to reduce my drawing time a lot, also trying to draw with different hand gesture & had to set my pen pressure to super sensitive so I don't strain my hand, it's quite difficult...😑

Flim: A pleasure to meet you, Miss Unikitty!

Flam: How would you like to take a chance and try to win against our current champion here? *he gestures to Sweetie Belle*

*hearing this, Unikitty got an idea*

Concept/gesture sketch for another that's been stuck in my brain for literally weeks. Eventually going to be an AU where the Big 4 were forced to make pacts with old allies. This will be Quentin Darcy: Earl of Banbury, Prince of Anwwn, Vassal of Arawn.

God I love that they gave Riku that gesture with his hand, as if inviting Sora (who he is literally watching over)
