I've balanced MP costs around ~4-7 for basic abilities. Most units will get this amount each turn, some less, some more.

Fast units, who get a lot of turns, will get the least amount. This benefits slow mages as they will regenerate MORE! I'll explain this more below.

Doing research for MP regeneration usually pulls up a lot of comments about how much people hate that units start out with 0 MP, heh.

I can understand it, a lot of these people are coming from other genres.

MP regen will be enough to allow you to use basic spells each turn.

If they made his support all the time and it also gave SSJ3's 40% DEF, it would help the team as a whole. A lot of them are old or banner units so their stats are low despite a bunch a good passives. Also always seal on SA would be nice.
His linkset is like secret top 20 as well
