Since you can't see it that well in the ref: Monia wears a light grey blouse tugged into a skirt (skirt has the same color as her hair) that reaches the ground under her cape. All her clothes are really plain with no patterns etc

Alright!! All of these patterns have received updates!! Victuuri had a color adjustment and letter adjustment. Kokeshi had a stray pixel removed, Procrastinating had the hammer added and Pretty Guardian had her lip and blush color changed since it was a tad too light.
