Food Art Collection: Golden Pastries

Food Art Series: Pizza Margherita

A typical Neapolitan pizza, made with San Marzano tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, fresh basil, salt and extra-virgin olive oil. One of my favorite pizza flavors aside from Pineapple.

Food Art Series: Shirako ( Milt )

Translates to "white children", which is made up of fish sperm (cod). Served in nigiri sushi form as a tiny ball of raw shirako on top of a ball of rice wrapped in seaweed topped with cod roe and spring onion.
