岩佐氏執筆のブックレットに一言。作中「ジョーズ」の鮫も大蜘蛛に比べれば金魚並という保安官の台詞があり影響はあります。また本作のVHS(1987)のジャケットを新井田孝氏が手掛けられた話は初耳ですが氏はフランス書院ノベルズ(1981-)の頃から活躍されておられます。

I forgot that Casper was my fav thing ever when i was a kid. I remember how obsessed i was that my dad had to re-rent the vhs tape so many times to a point he just bought it for me. Rewatching it now really gives me such feeling! So emotionally good. Casper 1995.

Happy 100th, Felix the Cat. They were probably the first animal mascot character I got really attached to, watching the old B&W shows on VHS. The 1988 movie will always have a special place in my heart (especially that soundtrack), and I was wild about Twisted Tales.
