The IPT-15 “Besouro” (Beetle) could have been the first Brazilian jet in 1957. Designed to carry 2 pulse-jets engines or the Palas turbine. The airframe was tested in a unpowered towed flight. The project was canceled when the pulse-jet engine project was abandoned.
