You're making great progress! The face is definitely taking shape. My only constructive crits: 1) the zygomatic arch is sharp like val kilmer's bat suit and 2) the head is a bit too cube-ish and could be rounded more, shrinking the the wide distance between eye corner and ear.

Outside science fiction, this shape (its not a triangle - it is more winged body, neck and head) is like a dragon or monstrous bird or flying reptile. Even if a dragon can't fly, the wings make this shape.

Look at this little Jojos fan lol. Smart idea in this situation actually. Doppo doesn't seem to be capable of much while he's regenerating so keeping him in a constant loop of recovery will allow Urara to escape.. But at the cost of Maruo.

I think they based Lance's FRLG design off of his anime appearance (in Gen 2) since he wears a leather jacket in Gen 1 and a black jumpsuit in Gen 2, save for the shoulders and cape. His initial anime design is more closer to FRLG, except for the hair, so I think that's cool.

The cape was actually inspired by the bloody sword costume from IdV.
