I am "only" 10 days late to this, though I'll try to catch up >< this is my Day 1 of with scales!
Tuya doesn't have too many scales, and being half xaela, they are slightly darker in places where the typical raen's scales wouldn't be

Here’s mine! His name’s Asier and he is a historian in our project called ! During his researches he realizes he has the blood of an ancient felled god and that his world of technology was split from a world full of magic long ago!

These are what I call miasma rats. A long time of living under the poisonous influence of the miasma has transformed this rat swarm into mutated monstrosities sporting boils, spines and scales all over their body.

Perhaps trying to eat scales was a bad idea, it seems that it has side effects🥴

Of course, while raptor-Dilmir tends to be churned up by hungry predators, the opposite is true for my dragon sona! He's friendly, but not above inviting you into his maw, letting you stew in his gut or hang from his scales. And don't get on his bad side~...

Like yeah, vore is a weird fetish and it's gonna get *some* hate no matter what, but it's no surprise to me that it gets this much hate when it's all animals and fursonas and Pokemon drowning anything human in a sea of fur and scales and buff dudes. (2/2)

if i knew game design i'd make an action game where you're magical girl fighting evil, but the amount and detail of the violence scales with progression or health

resulting in it becoming more like Doom Eternal or Paint the Town Red as you go, showing what's actually going on

Day 1: Scales

I forgot about this challenge! Between the move and getting sick, this week has been a blur. It's been a long time since I've drawn Qorchi (or any of my Xaela), and of course Day 1's theme is...the most difficult part of Au Ra to draw. Still, good study.

Not bad progress for the day. Would like to try to make some decent scale textures for her to try something new. Well, better scales then I've done already that is.
