Through art, we wanted to help our classmates and friends who suffered from flash floods and destruction caused by the typhoon. Most of them still have no electricity, food, water, clothes and other necessities. We felt bad doing nothing so by doing art, we could offer them help.

So thanks to @hukaulaba I'm left thinking of cybernetic moogles (sorta like these pics) with wireless poms, connected back by arcs of electricity. They wirelessly charge by getting close to pom-pom towers scattered through the city, so there's always moogles gathered 'round them-
