I think in the pregame, her hair was blonde with green tips, kinda like Nowi. I had always just assumed her hair was a bit blonde in the cutscene due to the lighting, but I guess I was wrong.

if you don't mind playing stages in a row with some cutscenes in between, sonic adventure 2: battle would be your choice! the gameplay is more polished than in SA1 and the level design tends to be more linear and challenging, and the story is mighty rad!

In other news, progress on the update for the Generations version of the improvement mod is still going I guess.
