@GailSimone Same. I appreciate how he keeps Shiva cold and distant, but does give her sole visible eye a lot of emotion in that first panel.
Also, the way the pitch black coat and no red undershirt makes her look like a living pillar of darkness.

I wanted this fight to hurt me so much more than it did. And while I have absolutely no issues with the story around cannon E8, I wish we could have fought them. They are my memory of Shiva and the Dragonsong War.
