If to talk from software development perspective, the more experienced you are, the better you can use it. Keywords no joke. And it's code usually on level of junior developer. So most of time you can get decent results if you can make it yourself maybe using Google.

The fact that the majority of the results dont look like me might also be due to the quality of images I provided, and I only provided like 20 when they really needed 30.

You would need to be allowed to have "redos" to get your favorites just right.
