Charming characters, engaging premise, and REALLY dynamic artwork (just look at the staging and colors in these caps).

It's been pointed out to me.. that every time I draw Pastry he gets a bit thiccer- which is true BUT
I went to compare his first design with the present one and.. .. hmm
also i know i already pointed it out but here’s his dark blue streak. his hair is all white (or very light blue) which matches the streak in kaeyas hair, while the dark blue in kaeyas hair matches the streak in pierros hair.

I didn’t expect to watch the latest installment of this harem anime this weekend, but I wasn’t disappointed. Date a live IV delivered! Better animation, better storytelling, and a great cliffhanger. This will become the new biggest title in the harem genre. I’m calling it now!
