This was a pretty fun exercise! I gave myself a pre-generated color pallet to work with and focused on playing with texture and just having a good time! It’s loosely based on the Werewolf player from one of my DND campaigns (thanks for putting up with my furry bullshit Issac)!

There's one part where they changed the glow of his eyes depending on which panel he is targeting. It's so cool how much the devs focused on small details like this.

Isekai should focus on adventure more than gimmicks. Tell a full story with a fun MC to be around. These two stories fit the bill. They have a hero and they have villains so the plot remains focused. Plus mine is more sci-fi than the other so you get variety as well.
