I'm thinking too much about the 6 blending mode layers I didn't end up using, and the 12 blending mode layers I did, and how it was all so much overkill for something that could have been handled in one layer of painting.

was exploring art styles when I did this. now that I learned how blending options work on illustrator, I can make good use of it now :) and discovered that I really can do more styles with it.

A menagerie of blending modes make up that sword blade lol, I like how it came out I guess... as with many spitpaints I wish I had just a few more seconds... did a last minute color dodge gradient over the blade.
