for people confused, a small tutorial:
1. Set your current color's rgb values to 125 each.
2. Paint bucket your canvas
3. Go to filter > noise > add noise. Use these settings
4. Set layer to overlay and opacity to 10-20%.
5. Ya got some noise.

It is natural that we get shocked when we see the setting of characters changed. However, we must accept the facts. Their setting can vary along time by time. Yelling not to change the settings immediately may be shallow opinion.

It rly doesnt have a green tint tho.
You might think it does bc of the blue BG (surrounding colours do interact w eachother)

If you still see a green tint, it might be your monitor settings.
Not every (drawn) POC is gonna have red or purple undertones
