I was messing around with Silent Hill and found a way to get the wireframe mode to work. It's really interesting seeing how they managed their polygon budget. The fog and the camera angles definitely help mask the limited draw distance.

Finally finished my playthrough. Got one of the more "meh" endings. For as atmospheric as it was, it still had it's faults. But they weren't enough to ruin things. Still on of my favorites in the series. Though 2 will stay at the top.
